Please Read Before Ordering!
GENERAL
These are commissions, they are not free.Payment must be given before I start your art.Refunds are available until I start your art.Payment is accepted via PayPal and prices are in Canadian Dollars.Art is done in my own time, If you rush me, your commission will be cancelled with no refunds.Please do not complain about prices.All drawings will have a signature that you may not remove.Do not send me payment until I confirm your order.I will notify you when I start your commission so you know when you can no longer receive a refund.I will send work in progress photos to make sure you are happy with how your commission is progressing. Please tell me immediately if you'd like changes!
COPYRIGHT
I, the artist, own the rights to all drawings, sketches, character designs, etc. that I create, even if you have bought it. I am allowed to promote myself using the art, publish/post it anywhere, and display it wherever I want, whenever I want. I am allowed to sell your art after purchase as stickers, prints, etc.
The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal uses unless stated otherwise, and may upload it to their dA, Instagram, Toyhou.se, etc. as long as they give PROPER CREDIT.
You may print the artwork and claim the character as your own (but not the artwork or design itself).
DO NOT
Reproduce/trace/edit, etc. the artwork in any way! (Filters are fine)Use the art commercially (Make money off of it).Claim the art/design as your own/not give proper credit.Remove my signature
REFUNDS/CANCELATION
Once I start working on your commission, refunds are no longer eligible (You will be notified once I start). If I am unable to start you commission, you will be given a full refund. If you cancel your order before I start, you will be given a full refund.
If you break any of the terms stated above, you will lose all rights to the image and I have the rights to use it in any way I would like. I also have the right to profit further from the artwork. You will not be given a refund.
